Since our products are currently only sold in the Chinese region, if you are located in any area within the Chinese mainland, we will provide a 14-day return and refund policy. However, if you make the purchase from a region outside of China, we're sorry to inform you that due to issues related to international logistics and costs, we are temporarily unable to offer a return and refund policy.

Therefore, except for the Chinese mainland region, we only support the return and refund policy when the goods have not been shipped (within 24 hours).

However, since the platform charges a 4.3% transaction fee for all orders that have been paid for, if there is a behavior of not shipping but still choosing to refund, we need to deduct the 4.3% transaction fee! Please understand.

But don't worry! Although we are temporarily unable to provide a return and refund policy for regions other than the Chinese mainland, if the item suffers natural damage (not caused by human error) during the normal natural use within 365 days, you only need to provide the relevant reasons for the natural damage and the repair order, and contact us through the following two methods. We will fully cover your repair costs.
